Ryan Hauck is co-owner and a founding member of Hauck Development. He brings to the table over two decades of real estate development experience. Early in his career, Ryan was instrumental in the formation of multifamily divisions for both Meritage Homes and Summerhill Homes. Ryan then joined Irvine Company in 2012, overseeing the development of over 4,000 apartments in Silicon Valley, encompassing entitlements, marketing, construction, and leasing operations.
His later tenure as Regional Vice President Urban at Lennar Homes saw him steering key master-planned developments in San Francisco. Ryan has also been an asset to Harvest Properties, Lennar Homes, Westlake Urban, Forbix Financial, and other entities, either in managerial or consultancy capacities.

Kevin Melberg is co-owner and a founding member of Hauck Development. Based in Northern California, he has been in real estate related industries for over 20 years. He began his real estate journey in lending for commercial real estate. He was responsible for sourcing, through his network, and originating loans. His path evolved to leadership and development roles within the title insurance industry. He has always excelled at assisting his clients identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Through his experiences he identified a need for a higher level of customer service, not only for himself but for his clients. He to provide clients with the best quality and most reliable service in the industry.
